Milan midfield maestro Clarence Seedorf is demanding a major push as he encourages his team to end 2009 on a good note.
The Rossoneri are just four points off the pace being set by league leaders Inter. However, tricky clashes against Palermo and Fiorentina are on the horizon, and Seedorf has set the narrative in the run up to Christmas as he drives the team forward.
"We are in a good moment and we have to forge the metal while it is still hot," Seedorf told Rai Sport.
"There are just two more games before the break and I hope we can bag the six points."
Despite the break offering a chance for respite and to recharge, Seedorf is in no mood to sit back.
"We have found our identity and we are building for the future. We are playing to go as far as we can in all competitions," he concluded.
